Insurance Cataloging
What is it?
A new service that will be available soon. Insurance Cataloging is a visual representation of your most precious items. By digitally recording these items, a visual catalog will be available to you should disaster strike.
How does this service work?
RJC Video Services will set up an appointment convenient to you and your family. You decide what is to be recorded. A digital recording of your items will be made and then copied to a time and date encoded DVD slide show. You can then store the DVD in a safe place such as a fireproof safe or a safety deposit box. If a disaster were to occur, you then have a visual representation of those items.
Why would I want to digitally record objects such as jewelry, artwork, heirlooms, property, boats, etc.?
If a disaster should strike, say a flood, hurricane, fire or worse, you'd be asked to report your losses. This is one way of providing proof of loss for the cataloged items. A visual reporting tool to assist you and your insurance adjuster.
